Refund Terms and Eligibility

  1. Who is eligible for refunds?
    Refunds are available for courses if:
    • The request is made within 5 days of enrollment.Less than 50% of the course has been accessed or completed.
    Refunds are not applicable for EMI payment plans, live webinars, or one-time classes unless canceled by The Easy Traders.
  2. Technical issues:
    If you face any difficulty accessing the course, notify us at admin@theeasytraders.com. We will resolve the issue promptly or consider alternative solutions.
  3. Refund requests after 5 days:
    Requests made after the 5-day period are not eligible for refunds.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at admin@theeasytraders.com with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your Name, Order ID, and Reason for the refund.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
